Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of systems like fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and gas suppression systems.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Assist in retrofitting existing installations as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with OEMs for technical support and spare parts.
• Maintain logs and service reports for all activities performed.
• Provide client training on system operation and maintenance.
• Respond promptly to emergency service requests.
• Maintain a good relationship with clients.
