Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD/BIM/REVIT based on project requirements.
• Develop wiring diagrams, floor plans, and system layouts for Fire safety and security systems.
• Prepare periodic business performance reports for management, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure accuracy in drawings.
• Update and maintain drawing documentation as per client and regulatory standards.
• Review site surveys and integrate findings into the designs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations ( NBC & NFPA standards )
• Preparation of shop drawing/TDS as per the project need.
• Obtaining approval from the respective project consultant/PMC/Client of drawings and TDS.
• Preparation of handing over documents/as-built drawings.
