Develop, maintain, and enhance management information reports, dashboards, and performance metrics across all projects.
Collect and analyse data from multiple sources (Procurement, Design, Project site and Finance) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare periodic business performance reports for management, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with operations, sales, finance, and service teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Support strategic decision-making through ad-hoc analysis and predictive modelling.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing robust validation and reconciliation processes.
Automate recurring reports and MI processes to improve efficiency.
Assist in defining KPIs for various business units and track performance against targets.
Present data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders in a format suitable for decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or MI reporting.
Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Familiarity with databases and SQL queries is desirable.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Knowledge of operations or service industry analytics is a plus.
